Henry Company, une enterprise de Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies, a une opportunité passionnante pour un directeur des ventes de territoire de se joindre à l’équipe sur le marché québécois. L’objectif de ce poste est d’atteindre les objectifs de croissance des ventes et d’EBITDA dans le territoire géographique défini. Le directeur des ventes du territoire gérera directement les comptes clés du territoire et recherchera activement de nouvelles occasions d’affaires tout en gérant une équipe de représentants techniques des ventes.

JOB SUMMARY:

Henry Company, a Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies, has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join the team in the Quebec market. The focus of this position is to achieve sales growth and EBITDA goals in the defined geographic territory. The Territory Sales Manager will directly manage key territory accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities while managing a team of Technical Sales Representative.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong building technology and construction background, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, as well as other web-based applications such as customer relations management systems.
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and possess the ability to travel as needed by vehicle
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of effective presentation skills to individuals and groups.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Experience and accreditation in an associated discipline is an asset.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline/experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in sales management within the construction products industry
  • Successful management of small and large accounts required.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and previous experience with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite; SAP is desired and AutoCad Experience.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Direct territory sales activities to achieve continuous profitable sales growth by developing and managing a territory sales plan.
  • Develop an individual Territory Plan focused on key market segments while also leading and managing key initiatives of direct report sales personnel.
  • Assist in the development and support of key national accounts located in the territory.
  • Build territory credibility by supporting sales representatives in their presentation of products to current and potential customers.
  • Deliver support to customers to ensure effective specification and delivery of systems.
  • Set and execute strategic goals, including product launches and territory/product specific sales focus.
  • Support company strategic initiatives including new product development, marketing programs, and Carlisle Operating Systems (COS) activities.
  • Communicate territory sales activity and territory market activity.
  • Represent the company in professional organizations and events.
  • Act in accordance with company policies and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
