Requirements 4-6 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales or sales management. At least 5 years of leadership experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze business reports and utilize basic business mathematics. Strong negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
