TERRITORY SALES MANAGER – SOUTH-WEST TERRITORY

We’re looking for an exceptional individual who is tenacious, organised and results driven with an excellent proven track record (ideally with experience in the professional haircare sector). As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Aston & Fincher your time will be split between managing an account base of existing salons and winning new business. Your overarching objective will be to build long-term relationships with customers and execute commercial plans to achieve a greater In Salon Market Share (ISMS) and exceed sales targets, promotional and distribution objectives.

Competitive salary - £35k basic salary (based on experience), bonus and commission with an OTE up to £59,200.

REQUIREMENTS

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Proficient time management and multi-tasking
  • Start and develop new and existing client relationships
  • Presentable with a pleasing personality
  • Professional communication skills
  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Grow business within existing salons and key accounts. Generate new business through prospecting new salons.
  • The ability to be able to gain new business.
  • Maximise growth, turnover and distribution of all lines within the Aston & Fincher portfolio to include the Aston & Fincher Furniture and Beauty offering.
  • Develop and implement salon training programmes / to include retail training, marketing ideas, merchandising, staff incentives.
  • Promote and sell Academy courses within your designated stores.
  • Monitor quarterly sales results
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with the stores Branch Managers in setting and achieving your goals
