What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):   * Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location retail customers.   * Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.   * Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.   * Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.  * Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.   * Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met.   * Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.   * Perform other duties as assigned.  Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
