Job Description Delivering key KPIs; identifying, registering and developing new opportunities/customers according to a calendar schedule, generating consistent sales and margin for the new customers Identifying business potential of prospective customers and developing/managing a personal relationship through market visits. The candidate must be active and vigilant in seeking new opportunities and expanding network. Accountable for a portfolio of customers; customer engagement, execution of sales, increasing sales, managing credit, following up on commitments, establishing customer needs, complaint handling and responding to feedback Cross functional relationship: Developing a relationship with cross functional teams (procurement/ operations) to come up with initiatives and customized solutions. Consult with customers about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each (must maintain knowledge of Metro's product portfolio) Using both direct (face to face, calls) and indirect methods (networking) of selling Maintaining detailed notes and tracking sheets to monitor customer development progress Conduct sales activities with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Bachelors intermediate with 6+ years of experience.
