Territory Sales Representative Location: Vaughan/Woodbridge/Richmond Hill Employment Type: Part-Time (Contract-Based) About The Role We are searching for dynamic Territory Sales Representatives who can engage customers with clarity and professionalism while strengthening relationships with retail staff to drive shared success. This role centers on delivering accurate education and an exceptional customer experience in the smoke-free tobacco category, with strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines. You will interact directly with consumers and retail teams, ensuring they understand the product category and feel confident in their knowledge. Partnering with retail staff to equip them with the information they need to support customers effectively and drive sustained growth across your territory is essential to long-term success. By combining product expertise with strong interpersonal skills, you will create positive, informative interactions that influence purchasing decisions responsibly and elevate the customer experience. Contract Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 month (possibility of extension) Hours: 25–35 per week (4 days/week, approx. 6 hrs/day) Schedule: Assigned territory with 2 retail locations per day, 3 hours per location Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance incentives + paid commute time
