About The Role We’re seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative - Florida to help drive growth across our green grass accounts. This role is responsible for managing and expanding an existing book of business while opening new accounts throughout the territory. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, comfortable selling in person, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll represent Bad Birdie through on-course visits, line reviews, product presentations, and strategic account management—while playing a key role in growing our presence in the California market. What You’ll Be Responsible For Manage and grow an assigned book of green grass accounts across California Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, owners, and club professionals Open new accounts and expand Bad Birdie’s footprint within the territory Conduct in-person, brand-driven line reviews and product presentations Identify sales opportunities through sell-through analysis and account performance Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently drive toward targets Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Operations to support accounts Handle territory-related administrative tasks including order entry and follow-up Uphold Bad Birdie’s brand standards and servicing expectations at all times Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a sport, apparel, or consumer-based professional environment 1+ years of experience in outside sales or field sales Strong understanding of the golf industry and green grass channel preferred Proven ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with a broader sales team Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to travel frequently within the territory Compensation Base salary + commission No commission cap Travel reimbursement What We Offer At Bad Birdie, we care deeply about our people and culture.
