As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional with experience in the building materials industry to help grow our presence in the Calgary region and beyond.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in increasing market share, promoting Grandeur’s product lines, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the flooring, A & D or building materials industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Excellent time management and territory planning skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a good record and willingness to travel regularly within the territory

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, designers, and other key clients
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth areas
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and volume agreements
  • Organize and set up company displays and sample boards at client locations, showrooms, and events when required
  • Address and resolve technical inquiries, customer complaints, and conduct on-site inspections when necessary to ensure satisfaction and uphold company standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings
