Top Benefits for Sales Representatives Competitive, commission-based pay structure Great work-life balance Tuition reimbursement Vast growth and advancement opportunities Job stability with a long-standing Texas company Full-time benefits: medical, dental, vision 401(k) with employer matching Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays What You’ll Do as a Territory Sales Representative Develop new business and grow rental market share across the Splendora/North Houston territory Represent Mustang Rental Services as the local leader in construction and industrial equipment solutions Conduct site visits to evaluate needs and recommend the right rental equipment for each job Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing options using CRM and sales systems Stay current on Cat and non-Cat equipment, including aerial lifts, generators, compressors, and general rental tools Consistently achieve or exceed assigned territory sales goals Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field (Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of education) Proven success in territory or outside sales, ideally in the rental equipment industry Strong mechanical aptitude and product knowledge Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Familiarity with Caterpillar products and rental applications Experience supporting customers in construction, industrial, or municipal sectors Join Mustang Cat — Building Texas.
