JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned territory by developing strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and executing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical sales environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Develop sales plans and strategies to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Identify new markets and develop strategies to penetrate them.
• Provide customer service support.
• Identify potential product, business, and sales opportunities to Regional Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to provide short, medium, and long-term strategic sales plans.
• Monitor industry and competitor products to meet changing market and competitive conditions report to Sales Manager.
