POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Territory Sales Representative at Stella Jones is responsible for managing a combined territory for national retail stores and independent lumber dealers. This unique role blends the structured relationship management and merchandising needs of a national retail account with the sales and service approach required for independent dealers. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department associates, and contractor customers, while promoting our full range of products through in-person visits, training, and ongoing account support.
This is a remote, home-based position, ideally based in the Winnipeg area. The majority of the travel in this role is within Winnipeg and the surrounding communities, with additional trips to visit current and prospective customers in other parts of Manitoba. A company vehicle is provided for business travel.
