Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Become a product specialist, boosting sales directly and in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions.
  • Take ownership of expanding your territory through new customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Analyze buying patterns and strategize ways to become your customers’ go-to supplier for all needs.
  • Deliver a seamless customer service experience, positioning yourself as an indispensable business partner.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competition while mastering an evolving product portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate and insightful reports in the CRM to track and analyze performance.
  • Serve as a business advisor to customers, helping them solve challenges and achieve better results.

Territory Sales Representative??????? Qualifications:

  • Proactive, self-starter with the drive to work hard for success
  • Self-motivated with experience managing your own time and delivering results
  • Persuasive communication skills with a passion for meeting new people
  • 3+ years of experience in Outside Sales, ideally in the building supplies industry
  • Skilled at using MS Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Currently live within 1 hour of Halifax/Dartmouth and know the geography

  • Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, daytime hours
