Description

The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) plays a critical role in the success of the Kattsafe sales team by driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within a defined territory. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, lead qualification, quoting to closing deals, and nurturing long-term partnerships. A strong emphasis is placed on developing and managing the top 10 accounts within the territory to ensure consistent engagement and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field or;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer-facing role.
  • Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales methodology training is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with standard sales practices and lead qualification techniques.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate accurate, competitive quotes tailored to customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, website, and other channels.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Kattsafe solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and overcome objections to drive interest and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing contractors and partners to understand ongoing project needs.
  • Conduct virtual and occasional on-site meetings to assess project requirements and ensure accurate quoting.
  • Manage a monthly sales forecast and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Weekly call and meeting quotas
  • Weekly quote generation goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by managing a strong sales pipeline and converting qualified opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage key building industry segments within the territory.
  • Identify, develop, and manage the Top 10 accounts in the territory, ensuring consistent communication and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for quote generation and project execution.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce to track interactions, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
