Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expérience en vente externe sur le marché du matériel agricole et sera capable d’établir et d’entretenir des relations avec les clients tout en stimulant la croissance de l’entreprise. Ce rôle nécessite un penseur stratégique capable d’analyser les tendances du marché, de négocier efficacement et de diriger des initiatives qui améliorent la satisfaction et la fidélité des clients.

ENGLISH OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee our sales operations within Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales in the agricultural equipment market with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
A company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, expense card are provided.
Applicants must be able to speak fluent French in order to work with AG Dealers in Quebec. No exceptions.

SKILLS

  • Post-secondary education preferred with related industry experience.
  • Proven experience in outside sales at the dealer level.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  • A proactive approach to business development, seeking out new opportunities for growth.
