Description

ShaSha Bread Co. requires a Territory Manager to join our growing team. If you are sales and results driven, can market our products, and enjoy being rewarded for your victories, then please apply.
The successful candidate can expect a generous compensation package (salary + commissions) depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Managing sales to retail (National & Independent) and foodservice accounts, specific accounts TBD at a later date
  • Assisting in the designing of the delivery routes and delivery frequencies for each account
  • Weekly store visitations
  • Achieve category sales budgets and gross margin objectives
  • Assisting with Promoting and coordinating special events at accounts regarding our products. This includes promotion implementation at the store level during promos (contacting stores, POS materials, special displays, communicating with store contact, etc.) and cross merchandising in different sections of the store.
  • Oversee setup, teardown and participate in consumer and industry Trade Shows.
  • Other Reasonable Duties or Tasks as per the direction of management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
