Responsibilities
  • Co- develop and drive the value proposition of MyShelf to customers to support and secure business in key accounts.
  • Acknowledge receipt of count from Internal and external customers.
  • Check all parameters of the order process for accuracy.
  • Work closely with Product Specialists within Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region on information to be presented to customers.
  • Work with Territory/Product Specialist on opportunities to streamline products.
  • Update Sales managers and marketing on the progress of recalls.
  • Enter information into TVA on recalls as per quality team requirements.
  • Work with the Marketing and sales team to coordinate recalls for the state as indicated by the quality team.
