Summary: The Territory Sales Specialist is responsible for representing Niterra within the auto parts warehouse, jobber store, and Automotive Service Provider (ASP) community across the Ontario territory. This field-based role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, delivering product training, and executing pull-through demand strategies to drive adoption of Niterra products. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, data-driven sales professional with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth in the automotive aftermarket industry. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Responsibilities: * Represent Niterra as a Territory Sales professional within the auto parts warehouse, jobber store, and ASP community across the assigned territory. * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through closing. * Achieve annual sales targets and performance objectives as established by leadership. * Conduct regular face-to-face engagements with ASPs, jobber store managers, and/or owners to meet or exceed monthly engagement targets defined by leadership. * Lead the rollout of new products and develop, coordinate, and execute pull-through demand strategies to increase adoption of new and existing product lines within the territory. * Maintain accurate records of new business opportunities, customer meetings, and market insights, including competitive intelligence and industry trends, within CRM and Google Workspace systems, while creating and managing follow-up actions. * Collaborate with internal colleagues and notify Key Account Specialists of issues or opportunities requiring engagement with customer head office teams. * Plan and deliver product training sessions for jobber and group counter personnel to ensure product knowledge remains current and to support effective promotion of Niterra products to Automotive Service Providers. * Process warranty claims, organize and facilitate technical clinics, and review jobber store business activities and sales performance. * Support customers in optimizing inventory alignment with local market demand by reviewing and updating jobber store inventories using Parts Popularity reports, customer sales history, and other relevant data sources. * Provide technical product guidance and support to customers as needed. * Participate in and support customer events within the assigned territory as directed by leadership. * Complete all required reporting and documentation, including sales pipeline updates, monthly sales reports, and other related administrative requirements. * Perform all other job-related tasks assigned by management. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor's degree, Automotive Trade degree, or a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the automotive aftermarket industry. * Data-driven professional with the ability to perform business math functions and conduct detailed analytical and strategic evaluations. * Strong organizational and planning capabilities with the ability to effectively manage relationships with warehouses, auto parts retailers, and ASP customers within an assigned territory. * Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable sales growth while consistently achieving individual new business development targets in an outside sales environment. * Solid understanding of fundamental business principles to support enhanced customer service and informed decision-making. * Effective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence, initiative, and self-motivation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel commercially as required for territory management and customer engagement. * Advanced or expert-level proficiency in French preferred. Physical Requirements: * Able to see and hear (correctable). * Able to communicate verbally. * Able to lift up to 50 pounds. * Able to operate a keyboard. * Able to drive a vehicle. * Able to travel up to 80%.
