Job Description What You’ll Be Doing You’ll manage your territory like a business—powered by structure, supported by data, and fueled by relationships. Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo‑Bloc’s Sales Science approach Maintain strong activity and follow‑through Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand‑standard Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights Qualifications What Makes You a Strong Fit Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, dealer‑based sales or B2B sales. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes Organized, self‑motivated, and competitive—in a good way Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Boston territory (Don’t check every box?
