Job Description Territory Service Quality Expert which would handle and Ensure end-to-end network solutions and readiness in time for all Globe and non-Globe sponsored events (client or partners event, etc) harnessing proficiencies in PM methodologies and strong capabilities in planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities. TSQA Events Project Management ● Ensure end-to-end network solutions and readiness in time for all Globe and non-Globe sponsored events (client or partners event, etc) harnessing proficiencies in PM methodologies and strong capabilities in planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities. ● Manage & lead average of 300 Territory events per year, in 2024 including the highly acknowledged New Year’s Eve Event of T4, a simultaneous NYE countdown in BGC, Makati, and MOA. ● Support the Territory in consolidating the events’ cost calculation and managing the events’ execution within the approved budget. ● Provide assessment on events do-ability timeline via-a-vis stakeholders and proponents’ expectation, anchored on technical assessment of solutions from various Territory planners and engineers. ● Manage various stakeholders and Globe Business proponents (Marketing, B2B, Corpcomm, HR, NTG, etc) to secure events technical requirements and facilitate the planning, engineering design, implementation, testing/validation, monitoring, and post-event performance reporting of technical requirements for events. This includes ad hoc support for OWO, mitigation, new technologies and complaints management/solutioning ● Manage external individuals and entities for compliance to technical and admin requirements to support special and cyclic events, OWO, complaints mitigation & new technology support (vendors, venue admin, TowerCo & other pertinent entities), aligning to Territory resources.
