JOB SUMMARY

BNC, Alberta’s largest independent chemical solutions provider is looking for a dedicated, career oriented, customer focused individual to fill the role of Territory Service Representative. This role involves regular, and emergency service calls for a wide variety of commercial dishwashing and chemical dispensing systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Accredited high school diploma, trade school or GED.
  • Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in a mechanical serv roll with related customer support
  • Related experience in repair and maintenance.
  • Clean drivers abstract.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Good diagnostic skills.
  • Proficient with hand tools and electrical test equipment.
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to problem solve both mechanical and customer related.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Responsibilities
  • Regular scheduled site visits with customers to ensure proper function of commercial dishwashers and chemical dispensing equipment.
  • Preform needed repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
  • Inventory and order of chemical product for customers ensuring proper levels are maintained.
  • Effectively communicate with customers any issues arising during service visit both in person and through written service reports.
  • Manage territory routes according to established schedule, including number of stops per day/week.
  • provide effective administration of customer orders, inventory and invoice collection as needed.
  • Build and maintain a positive customer relationship through timely, effective communications.
  • Provide special and emergency service in a timely fashion to ensure maximum service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times when dealing with customers and staff.
  • Prospect for new clients and expand our presence within the hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors.
