Description Salary: $63,000–$68,000 base + potential quarterly bonus based on territory performance A growing service organization is seeking a hands-on Territory Service Supervisor to lead field operations and support technicians across the Pittsburgh area. This salaried role is ideal for someone with fast-paced, customer-facing leadership experience who can hold teams accountable, drive results, and grow a territory. What You’ll Do Lead and support technicians while promoting a strong, values-driven culture Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to safety, quality, and performance standards Provide daily operational support, problem-solving, and end-of-day oversight Act as a hands-on, working supervisor as needed, including covering routes for PTO and call-offs Partner directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships Drive territory growth through improved performance, consistency, teamwork, and execution Schedule Non-traditional hours; flexibility required Hybrid role (field + administrative support) Compensation & Benefits $63,000–$68,000 base salary Potential quarterly bonus based on territory success and performance Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Paid training PTO & paid holidays Retirement plan with company match Uniforms & work boots provided Career growth opportunities Requirements Live in or near the Pittsburgh metro area Leadership experience required; fast-food, QSR, restaurant, or similar high-volume management experience a plus Proven ability to hold people accountable and drive results Experience growing teams, improving numbers, or managing performance metrics Valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using mobile technology
