Este rol estratégico tiene como objetivo mapear y mejorar el recorrido del paciente con LAL-D y HPP en un territorio definido. Se busca eliminar barreras en sospecha, derivación, diagnóstico, acceso y adherencia mediante iniciativas que permitan la identificación de casos y la coordinación multifuncional bajo estándares de compliance. Responsabilidades: Mapeo del recorrido (LAL-D/HPP): Documentar rutas asistenciales específicas. Diseño de soluciones: Codiseñar protocolos de sospecha y derivación. Ejecución y gobernanza: Planificar iniciativas con hitos y riesgos. Coordinación multifuncional con áreas internas y hospitales clave. Medición y mejora: Definir KPIs y construir tableros. Cumplimiento estricto de códigos y políticas internas. Límites de interacción para asegurar cumplimiento: Sin ventas/cuotas: no gestiona negociación comercial ni contratos de compra; sin objetivos de ventas. Transparencia y gobernanza: todas las iniciativas documentadas y aprobadas. Privacidad de datos: uso de datos agregados/anonimizados; manejo de datos personales sólo bajo políticas y consentimientos aplicables. Habilidades/Experiencia indispensable: Contar con título profesional Experiencia: 3–5 años en proyectos de salud/acceso/estrategia. Habilidades: gestión de proyectos, mapeo de procesos clínicos, análisis de datos. Conocimiento específico en LAL-D y HPP, cumplimiento y políticas internas.
