QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A proven history as a Tessitura super user (including TNEW, Analytics, and WordFly).
  • 4 or more years related experience/training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in database programming and management.
  • Proficiency in Tessitura Analytics, List, and System Tables
  • SQL skills are a plus.
  • Provide exceptional support to users via written communication and virtual and/or in-person meetings as required.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all functional areas of Tessitura.
  • Assess and escalate tickets requiring further support to other team members and/or Tessitura Support when needed.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and software.
  • Travel requirements <10%

Responsibilities
  • As a team member, exemplify Zoo Knoxville’s Core Values through interactions with guests and fellow team members.
  • Own all season, event, campaign, plan, and performance builds in Tessitura, including pricing structures, promo codes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor campaign performance and audience trends: provide actionable segmentation and behavioral insights.
  • Import/export of data from the database, creation and modification of reports.
  • Tessitura database configuration support
  • Become key contributor in Tessitura-specific helpdesk system to troubleshoot errors and improve setup
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of constituent data stored in the CRM, in accordance with privacy policies and data protection standards
  • Work with Database & Business Analytics Manager to
  • Maintain Tessitura data hygiene protocols and ensure data accuracy and standardization across departments.
  • Document CRM processes and inter-departmental training materials.
  • Train new and existing staff across departments in Tessitura functionality, data entry, and reporting best practices.
  • Support non-ticketed program configurations for Education (e.g., class enrollment), Memberships (setup and maintenance), and Development (e.g., donor events, Plans).
  • Respond to internal data requests and coordinate with the Box Office on build timing and institutional rollouts.
  • Implement and assess integration with third-party platforms to support sales, audience development, and analytics.
  • Assist in evaluating new technical tools and CRM enhancements.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
