REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a software testing role.
• Strong ability to interpret system requirements and assess functionality changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and support team members where needed.
• Familiarity with Frontend Test Automation and its benefits, ideally with experience using an automated browser testing tool.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing.

THE ROLE:

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Test Analyst to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software solutions. You will work closely with the Test Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and analyse product documentation to fully understand business and technical requirements.
• Identify and define testable requirements from both documented and undocumented sources.
• Create, implement, and maintain test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure complete coverage of Acceptance Criteria by linking Test Requirements to Test Cases.
• Prepare and manage appropriate test data.
• Execute test cases, record results, and track defects using Linear.
• Provide customer support for installed products by diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Adhere to formal change control processes.
• Estimate testing effort and provide timelines for assigned work.
