Job Title: Test Analyst - Contact Centre Modernisation (CCM) Project
Location: Sydney / Brisbane
Contract Duration: 12 Months with Potential Extensions
Clearance Required: Australian Citizen (NV1 Security Clearance preferred)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience working as a Test Analyst on large, complex IT projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Contact Centre platforms, particularly CX1 (NICE CXone).
  • Proficiency in test automation tools, ideally including Pump.Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking 5 experienced Test Analysts to join the Contact Centre Modernisation (CCM) Project team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale transformation program within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will contribute to the quality assurance and testing strategy of complex system components with a focus on Contact Centre technologies and automation frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts based on project requirements and specifications.

  • Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.

    • Leverage automation tools (e.g., Pump) to streamline and enhance test coverage.Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and re-testing as required.
  • Provide regular status updates, testing metrics, and support documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA practice.
