We’re on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Test Analyst to join our Professional Services Team in Canberra.
A Test Analyst is needed to join a small team of testers. Reporting to the Test Lead, the ideal candidate should be adaptable, as they will be assigned to different test phases across multiple projects. The role requires the ability to quickly learn new applications, along with excellent time management skills to plan, execute, and report on several projects with overlapping deadlines.
This role is a fixed term 12 month contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a test team across cutting-edge technologies such as Dynamics 365, Intelledox forms, Digital application portal, and other digital transformation projects.
  • Coordinate and liaise with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts from various departments (Operations, Infrastructure, Search & Rescue, IT Services).
  • Create detailed test cases and manage defect triage processes.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Review and analyse project requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in the defect management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project deadlines are met.
