Mission: To conduct and analyze testing activities for payment systems, ensuring accurate validation, reporting, and compliance with certification standards. The role also involves supporting technical consulting initiatives and contributing to team knowledge through mentorship and training. ACTIVITIES * Perform test sessions in accordance with defined procedures and standards. * Analyze test data and results, and prepare comprehensive test reports. * Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. * Manage customer communications related to technical matters, ensuring timely updates and problem resolution. * Provide technical support and consulting when required. JOB EXPERIENCE * Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in EMV (Terminal / Card Side) is preferred. * Graduated from an Engineering school - CS, Electronics, IS, IT. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting test data and results. * Good written communication skills for preparing detailed test reports. * Ability to provide effective technical support and collaborate within a team. * Eagerness to learn and share knowledge through mentoring and training activities. Good to Have: * Understanding of CPV (Card Personalization Validation) process. * Knowledge on EMV transaction flow, EMV APDU Commands and response format.
