FM Conway has an exciting opportunity for a Test Analyst to join our busy and thriving IT Team. As our Test Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and testing across application support teams, covering Oracle ERP, system integrations, in-house apps, and cloud-based solutions. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

We’re looking for a skilled Test Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in application and ERP testing. You should have a solid understanding of testing tools and methodologies and feel confident creating and managing test plans. Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is ideal. We’re seeking someone who’s proactive, detail-focused and comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Developing and owning comprehensive test documentation for enterprise systems and applications
• Creating and maintaining test plans, scripts and supporting materials
• Collaborating with Business Transformation, IT and Information Security teams to design effective testing plans
• Managing the full testing lifecycle including planning, execution and reporting
• Working closely with project managers, analysts, system owners and developers to embed testing into the development process
• Ensuring testing aligns with company and industry standards while identifying and addressing risks throughout the process
