Main Responsibilities:

• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated history of delivering testing services within complex enterprise environments, specifically focusing on financial services, transactional systems, lending platforms, or large-scale legacy modernisation initiatives.
• Test Management Tooling: Advanced proficiency utilising enterprise test management ecosystems (such as OpenText ALM or equivalent lifecycle management tools) for test case design, end-to-end traceability, defect tracking, and metric reporting.
• Analytical Capability: Exceptional analytical aptitude to dissect intricate business requirements, derive comprehensive test scenarios, and conduct meticulous root-cause investigations.
• Testing Lifecycle Execution: End-to-end experience spanning the design, creation, and execution of functional, system integration (SIT), regression, end-to-end (E2E), and user acceptance (UAT) testing frameworks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner effectively with business subject matter experts (SMEs), cross-functional project squads, external vendors, and technical engineering units.
• Data Integrity & Validation: Proven ability to validate massive, intricate data structures, ensuring robust data quality, reconciliation accuracy, and compliance reporting.
• Documentation Standards: Comprehensive technical writing abilities covering master test strategies, detailed test plans, scenario documentation, defect logs, and executive status reporting.

Ideal Background:

• Data Programs: Background supporting complex data migrations, platform conversions, system integrations, or foundational infrastructure overhauls.
• Reconciliation & Verification: Hands-on experience executing data reconciliation, migration validation checks, cutover support, and post-implementation verification activities (including migration weekend planning and dry runs).
• Enterprise Change: Familiarity navigating large-scale enterprise transformations, corporate mergers, system modernisations, or platform consolidation initiatives.
• Regulatory Awareness: Working knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance standards, and operational risk processes within heavily regulated corporate sectors.
• Vendor & Global Delivery: Experience coordinating testing deliverables alongside third-party vendors and distributed/offshore QA teams.
• Delivery Methodologies: Practical working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
