Harvey Norman’s IT Department delivers innovative, strategic technology solutions and critical projects that support both the Australian business and the global Harvey Norman network with scalable, consistent services.
Based at Harvey Norman’s Corporate Office and reporting to the Test Manager, you will play a key role in validating planned system upgrades to ensure their effectiveness prior to deployment.

You will;

• Assist in test planning, create test cases and perform testing.
• Report on progress of testing.
• Assist in test environment setup and maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base to support training and cross-skilling initiatives.
• Analyse and address production defects and issues.
• Provide end user support as required.
