Tasks

• Quality assurance of IT software through test analysis and hands-on testing in the backend environment
• Close collaboration with the development teams
• Interface between requirements management and release management
• Development, creation and maintenance of automated end-to-end regression tests
• Automated provisioning of test data
• Advisory role for the specialist departments regarding acceptance testing, especially in test scenarios and test case creation.
• Strong networking within the company across all departments and projects
• Change the Business - Support in process transformation to a more agile approach

Qualifications

• Ideally, a completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable vocational training.
• Independent and self-reliant work style, strong analytical skills and a high level of quality awareness
• At least 2 years of experience in software testing (exploratory testing as well as test case-driven testing)
• Experience from agile development projects (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Experience with test automation tools (for example, Selenium, Ranorex)
• Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Good knowledge of Javascript
• Knowledge of the processes and tasks in the telecommunications sector is certainly an advantage.
• An ISTQB certification is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good German skills, both spoken and written.
