DESCRIPTION:
Experience and understanding of software quality assurance QA, Testing and Defect Lifecycle.
Experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.
Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience maintaining traceability of test cases to requirements.
Experience preparing or supporting the preparation of test plans and test cases.
Experience preparing test data, executing tests and verifying results and logging issues.
Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks.
Experience working as a Test Coordinator/Test Lead in an enterprise level application development environment
Experience working on concurrent projects (concurrent projects must be described).
Experience writing test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents.
Experience in identifying testing issues and implementing improved processes and resolutions.
Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity
Experience with Agile methodology.
Experience with ServiceNow platform
Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing.
Experience working with business & AMS representatives to analyze issues reported by (or in) production
