The Group has c.550 permanent employees serving its growing customer base from offices in the UK, Ireland and the US.    The Role  We’re looking for a Test Analyst to support test delivery across projects and workstreams. You’ll take responsibility for key test deliverables, carry out analysis during test preparation and execution, record results clearly, and raise defects through the agreed defect management process. You’ll also help ensure all test outputs align to the Tracsis Testing Policy and Test Standards, with peer review built in to drive quality.  This role suits someone with strong testing fundamentals who enjoys working collaboratively with development and product colleagues to improve outcomes and champion great testing practice.  What you will do  In this role, you will:  * Deliver testing activities across projects/workstreams, owning agreed test deliverables end-to-end. * Review test inputs (requirements, functional specs, inputs/outputs) to confirm they are testable, unambiguous, and complete. * Produce high-quality test artefacts, including test cases, test data, expected/actual results, defects, retest evidence, and test outcome reports. * Execute test scenarios using the standard Tracsis Test Framework and contribute to consistent ways of working. * Provide accurate, concise updates on progress, including risks, issues, and any blockers. * Assess and document risks/issues that could impact test delivery, and work with stakeholders to resolve them. * Actively seek and suggest process improvements and efficiencies to strengthen delivery. * Support test planning and estimation activities, contributing to a reliable delivery approach. * Mentor and coach junior test engineers, sharing knowledge and helping others develop. * Deputise for the Senior Test Engineer whenrequired.   What you’ll bring (essential)  * Strong, well-developed testing skills and up-to-date knowledge of testing techniques across the test lifecycle. * ISTQB Foundation certification. * Clear communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical information and collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues. * Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, maintaining effective communication to build shared goals and avoid misunderstandings. * A structured approach to quality, documentation, and peer review.
