Job Summary:
Join our team to support the development and verification of test methods, ensuring the accuracy and quality of test data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing test hardware, software, and systems to meet test requirements. Your role will involve analyzing data, preparing test reports, and presenting results internally. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in developing project plans and maintaining processes to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design test systems to meet specified requirements
• Define system architecture requirements using a system engineering approach
• Provide functional verification and validation of instrumentation systems before testing
• Develop detailed test procedures and instrumentation definitions
• Analyze, process, and format data according to customer requirements
• Review test data for accuracy and quality before delivery
• Prepare and publish comprehensive test reports
• Conduct operations and maintenance of test systems
• Direct the implementation of solutions for emergent requirements during testing programs
• Participate in proposal preparation including estimating labor and material costs

Skills:

• Proficiency in analytical tools for design verification
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results internally

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field
