QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant field.
  • ISTQB certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the Utilities Industry, ideally within the Energy Retail Sector.
  • Strong background in test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience testing complex energy billing & quoting systems, Salesforce CRM, Customer-facing websites and mobile apps (iOS, Android, browser) and Integration platforms.
