Description

You are analytical and have outstanding problem-solving skills. You can quickly grasp and deconstruct complex problems and opportunities. You're hands-on and enjoy experimentation to challenge our products and prove compliance to specifications and requirements. You hold a technical university degree, likely a Master's, and have relevant work experience. A good understanding of electronics, firmware, and software is important, as it's all part of the product you will test. We are especially looking for someone who can take a lead role in test planning and execution, and who has experience guiding and mentoring others in verification activities. If you've led small teams or coordinated test efforts, we'd love to hear from you. A university degree in physics, engineering, computer science, electronics or similar At least three years of experience with product test and verification Experience in leading or coordinating test activities and mentoring others Practical with a hands-on mentality Experience in creating high-quality technical documentation Familiarity with tools like Jama, Jira, and Python for scripting Skilled in using electrical test instruments such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, and calibrators Experience with products involving electronics, mechanics, and embedded software Has been part of taking a product from idea to market Experience with X-ray technology or the MedTech industry is a merit but not a requirement Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement

Responsibilities

The Test and Verification Engineer will lead test planning and execution, ensuring products meet specifications and requirements. They will also mentor and guide others in verification activities.
