MUST HAVES:

• 5 years plus of hands-on experience in systems or electrical engineering with a strong focus on testing and validation.
• Proven experience in designing automated and manual test frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system integration and test verification methodologies.
• Proficient in scripting and test automation tools (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address system issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Architect Engineer to lead the development and execution of robust test plans to ensure the quality, reliability, and integration of complex engineering systems. This role bridges hardware, software, and systems disciplines to build test plans that validate production processes and workmanship across Orbitworks production facility.

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans that align with engineering intent to production processes, ensuring system quality and mission assurance.

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support continuous integration and testing.
• Establish standardized testing guidelines, protocols, and procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including test infrastructure, electrical engineers, software scripters, and program managers to define and validate testing requirements.
• Lead test verification processes and validate system integration at both the component and system levels across different production phases.
• Identify testing bottlenecks, troubleshoot testing issues, and provide actionable insights to engineering and program teams.
• Support testing operations including on-site test execution, data analysis, and reporting of test results.
• Drive continuous improvement of test methodologies and test environment setup.
