Description
As an experienced Test Automation Engineer, you will automate manual test cases and advise our customers' test analysts on creating suitable test cases.
As a test architect, you will create test automation strategies and scalable test architectures for our customers and advise them on the selection of suitable tools.
In this role, you will design and implement modern test automation solutions in customer environments based on proven frameworks (Java Spring Boot, Python, Angular) and methods (CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Docker), taking into account the use of AI.
You will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of existing solutions, including integration into test management tools (e.g., Xray, Zephyr Scale).
By combining AI with proven testing techniques, you will develop approaches for testing with AI as well as for testing AI applications and create transparent, practical solutions for sustainable quality improvement in SDLC.
Your qualifications
We are pleased to have a successfully completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in management consulting.
You have extensive knowledge in the field of software testing and test automation, ideally combined with ISTQB certifications and in-depth knowledge of tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Robot Framework.
You also bring basic knowledge of IT architectures, fundamentals of AI, and programming experience.
You are familiar with special considerations when testing AI systems: e.g., the evaluation of non-deterministic results, the management of data and model versions, security and compliance aspects, and dealing with bias and hallucinations.
You have experience in prompt engineering, the implementation, use and fine-tuning of AI, as well as in the application of observability tools (e.g., helicone.ai).
You communicate confidently and freely in German (at least C1 level) and have good English skills.
