QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical training in IT (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, university) or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, along with a fundamental understanding of the software development process
  • Experience in both classical and agile project work, combined with enthusiasm for teamwork and mutual supportInterest in innovative and forward-looking projects and technologies
  • High standards for software quality and developmentStrong customer orientation, a hands-on mentality, responsibility, and a meticulous approach to work
  • Professional demeanor and clear communication skills, with very good German and good English skills
  • ISTQB certification is a plusKnowledge of Continuous Integration, virtualization, and container technologies is desirable
  • Initial experience with automation and testing tools like TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex, or similar tools
Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing automated tests
  • Developing automation strategies and concepts in collaboration with our customers
  • Optimizing and expanding existing test automation frameworksSelecting and preparing test cases for automation
  • Creating and maintaining test specifications and test dataEvaluating, analyzing, and tracking errors and deviations
  • Continuously maintaining and further developing automated test casesBuilding, expanding, and maintaining the test automation infrastructure
  • Working closely with test management, development, business analysts, and specialist departments
  • With suitable experience: advising our clients on selecting appropriate automation toolsParticipating in our expert group for test automation
