We are now seeking a Test Automation Engineer to help develop our test asset and ensure our product quality even further. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests for our embedded products and/or software solutions. You work in project teams that includes professionals of multiple areas. To succeed you need to work closely together and support each other.

Qualifications and skills
B.Sc or M.Sc in software development, computer science or other relevant degree
3+ years of experience as a test automation engineer or similar role
Hands on experience and thorough knowledge of methodologies of software testing and test automation, especially Robot Framework
Experience in Python & shell scripting and integrating tests into CI pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
Experience of operating with Linux based systems and/or embedded devices is a plus
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal
Systematic approach to testing and issue management

• Design, develop and maintain automatic tests on new or existing software
• Develop repeatable and quick test automation solutions
• Design and implement test cases, develop and maintain existing and new test environments together with the team
• Co-ordinate with development and project management teams to ensure that testing is completed on time and with highest possible quality
• Participate in the development and review of project quality standards and procedures
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in software testing
