Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions while utilizing foundational knowledge of Software Testing and Prompt Engineering to optimize testing processes. Qualifications Technical Skills: Software Testing Fundamentals: Solid understanding of fundamental principles and methods of software testing (Test types, Test design techniques) Comprehensive understanding of the testing process, from planning to execution and reporting Experience in creating and documenting test cases and test suites. Test Automation Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cucumber). Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. Foundations of Artificial Intelligence: Understanding basic principles of AI, particularly machine learning Ability to formulate, analyze, and optimize prompts for AI models (prompt engineering) like ChatGPT in testing solutions Basic experience with requesting APIs is a plus Testing Tools: Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA/Xray). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Soft Skills: Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical approach to identifying and resolving testing and automation issues. Communication Skills: Clear and precise communication of test results and challenges to team members and stakeholders. Teamwork: Collaboration in agile teams, willingness to share knowledge, and learn from others. Required Experience: At least 3 years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance. Solid knowledge of software testing fundamentals and methodologies. Practical experience with test automation and AI tools or projects involving prompt engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB). Practical experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience working with international teams.
