Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Drive innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into testing practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 7 years of work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of Database Testing Automation with Selenium experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree
  • Financial Services or Banking Industry experience
  • Data Warehouse ETL Testing experience
  • Automated Testing, Test Execution and Management, and SAP Testing experience
    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
