Join Our Team
We’re seeking a seasoned Test Automation Lead with deep hands-on expertise and a strategic mindset. In this role, you’ll architect and drive automated testing initiatives across web, API, and SaaS platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality (re)insurance applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the IT Quality Assurance Leader.
Your responsibilities will include:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in QA/testing with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in automated regression with web, API, and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain processes (e.g., claims, underwriting, policy management).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Jenkins and Git.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and/or certification with ACCELQ or similar.
  • Experience with Guidewire, DXC, Duck Creek, or other insurance platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in insurance (e.g., HIPAA, SOX).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 per year to $135,000 per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
