Role Description:

• Define and implement automation testing strategy, standards, and governance.

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, regression, and integration testing.

• Lead automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Postman.

• Integrate automated test suites into CICD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing, test data generation, and intelligent test optimization.

• Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and automation effectiveness.

• Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skill Set:

• seeking a Test Automation Lead to drive enterprise-wide test automation strategy, framework development, and quality engineering initiatives across cloud and digital transformation programs.

• The role will lead automation teams, improve test coverage, and accelerate delivery through CICD and AI-enabled testing practices.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
