JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Proctor to oversee the administration of standardized tests in a professional and supportive environment. The Proctor plays a crucial role in ensuring that testing procedures are followed accurately, maintaining the integrity of the examination process while providing assistance to test-takers as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering a positive testing experience.

  • Monitor the testing environment to prevent any form of cheating or misconduct, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Assist with setting up the testing area, including arranging seating and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents that occur during testing sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with test-takers to address questions or concerns, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
