Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You’ll plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities, supporting the Project Manager and ensuring strategies are in alignment with company policies and commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Verification & Validation, Design, Installation), optimize test allocation, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating lab and site tools, managing internal and external technical interfaces, and proactively managing risk and progress reporting.

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field
  • Experience or understanding of Test & Commissioning or Verification & Validation activities in signalling projects
  • Knowledge of project management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives
  • Familiarity with interfacing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • A certification in project or quality management is considered advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility, mobility, and availability for international travel and night shift
