QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ISTQB, TMAP, CAT, or Certified DevOps Foundation certification
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with proven experience in test coordination.
• CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Experience with SAFe and agile environments
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with test automation tools, such as: Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG
• Experience with test management tools, such as: Jira, XRay for Jira, TestRail, ALM, Zephyr.
• Experience with API testing tools, such as: Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner
• Scrum certification (preferred).
• SAFe certification (preferred).
• Security testing (preferred).
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch (C1 level) and English

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a test coordinator at ITsPeople, you will manage and coordinate test activities within our client projects, such as test planning, execution, and reporting, to ensure high-quality software delivery and efficient test execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage test activities across multiple teams.
• Ensure appropriate test case selection, execution, and defect management.
• Design and execute manual and automated testcases
• Collaborate with development, product, operations teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain test environments and ensure availability for test execution.
• Prepare test reports, summarize findings, and track quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices and industry standards.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement processes
