SUMMARY: Design IC test solution for both R&D debugging and production test release for NPI projects Support Design/Product/Quality & Reliability teams on ATE test & data analysis during NPI projects Work on yield improvement, test time reduction, tester platform conversion, new CMI projects, etc.. Support and debug production test issues, customer return case, support Application/Quality & Reliability teams to analyze failures with ATE test data. Experience in test development, multi-site test programming, tester platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES: Hardware design with Altium software. DFT review with designers to figure out feasibility and optimize test method. Program coding generating, debugging & releasing. ATE evaluation report with yield, bin summary, distribution analysis & full temp test. Subcon sustaining for low yield & Test related issues. ATE support for FA case to analyze failure with ATE test data. Support R&D/Quality for qualification data test & analysis. Test time reduction to lower test cost. Identify EA, participate in evaluating significant EA, and renew the corresponding info in time. Routine monitoring and checking for internal system operation. Responsible for the inspection and management of special equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong programming skills in C/C++ or other languages. Strong hardware circuit understanding and debugging skills. Relevant work experience is preferable, fresher is also welcomed to apply Bachelor or above degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Able to use ALTIUM/PADS/PROTEL to design PCB.
