Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
· B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or other relevant field.
· 1+ years of experience in component testing and data analysis.
· Exposure to operation, testing, or production of high-pressure gas, cryogenic, actuated, and/or hydraulic systems.
· Strong work ethic with a high attention to detail and level of organization.
· Strong written, personal, and computer skills. Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at the executive leadership level and on the shop floor.
· Production mindset, with a focus on scaling operations to rate-manufacturing.
· Successfully managed simultaneous project schedules; passion for spaceflight and space exploration.
· Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
