Description

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in test engineering, fixture design, or related roles in a manufacturing or high-tech environment. Strong knowledge of test fixture design, preventive maintenance, and calibration processes. Familiarity with DFx principles and cost-reduction strategies. Proficient in root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective action implementation. Experience with PFMECA and risk assessment for new product development. Ability to develop and execute test procedures and specifications. Competent in data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently. Willingness to travel overseas for test fixture deployment (up to 2 weeks). Ability to work independently at contract manufacturer sites during deployments.
